Invoice Risk Management System (IRMS) and Registered Persons Risk Management System (RP-RMS) - FBR Pakistan
After successful implementation of Invoice Risk Management System (#IRMS), #FBR is about to launch Registered Persons Risk Management System (RP-RMS) for detection of taxpayers not issuing Point of Sales (#POS) #invoices, or issuing faulty, unverifiable or delayed invoices. Officers of Inland Revenue, FBR, will be able to see those taxpayers in their jurisdiction who are skipping, suppressing and manipulating invoices.
The system will have FBR's oversight also which will keep track of performance/actions taken by officers across Pakistan. All Tax Offices will be visible at FBR HQ. It is pertinent to mention that there are a number of different parameters embedded in the system to auto-detect sales suppression/violations of tax rules by the taxpayers or any connivance with their invoicing #POS #software providers.
